The funny thing about Kimie's comment on keeping a cool head is that Kirk's skin is literally cold to the touch. But that's a piece of information he doesn't think is necessary to share for now.

He looks at her with a mildly bemused expression.

"I'm fine for now. Maybe another time," He says, though he doesn't plan to actually take her suggestion. Then after a beat, he continues.

"Thank you anyway."

Though she's more exuberant than what he's used, he sees she's trying to be well-meaning. He'll give her that much credit at least.
