"Oh, we talked now and then. He was pretty laid back, and he thought I used too much energy. In general, not just with flying... he was used to the normal way, all that flapping and coiling. If it hadn't been so cold, I'd have done more of that, it was really good for quick turns. It's hard to do at speed in a straight line, but Senrik's body shape always wants to wiggle in one way or another."

He's doing hand gestures to approximate a wavy noodle in full majestic flight, and really putting his whole body into it.

"It was a pain to get the hang of, but worth it for sure."
